The prices include the product in standard packaging, and free shipping to any of the countries to which we sell (currently EU/EEA countries). We use a secure and convenient payment gateway called PayPal, which accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express branded payment cards. Other payment options may be available depending on the country you are in. You do not need to have a PayPal account, but if you do, you can also use that.

What is your return policy?

As a rule, all sales are final and returns are not accepted, other than for faulty or incorrect items, or in exceptional circumstances with our agreement. Please note that as this is website sells only to business customers, consumer legislation does not apply. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Why is only a limited product range available here?

Many of our products are technically complex and require advanced knowledge in order to specify the correct model and details such as nozzle sizes, etc. Many of our products are also large, and can only be shipped by freight. We have therefore made available in this web store only those products and model variants which are relatively easier to specify and purchase, as well as to ship cost-effectively.

How can I purchase your full range of products?

You are welcome to contact us or your local Scanjet Systems sales partner at any time, to discuss your specific needs with a view to purchasing any of our standard products or any custom-made version thereof. You can find ours and our partners’ contact details on our main website.

How do I know which model and exact specification I should choose?

Do you have a representative in my country? / Can I buy your products locally?

We have sales partners in dozens of countries around the world, who will of course be very happy to help you. Their contact details can be found on our main website.

What does ‘back order’ mean?

Any items which are not currently in stock (are either temporarily out of stock, or special-order models/variants which have longer lead times) are shown as being available for back order. These can still be purchased in the usual way but will be delivered only when available. If you require further details about availability and lead times for such items, please contact us.
